History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

History: Mindartis hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
