The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He struck the Bricklayer job and began his own company from there.

History: Geoffrey was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
