Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Efferil was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
