Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Rivaan was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Engraver. He tends to his Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
