History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Serpent was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Serpent was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mayor. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: He was born in the north. Tordek was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Masseuse. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 54. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Thomas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
