Description: This man has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his yellow robe. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has a very tight haircut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the north to a Miner, Heian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Heian liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
