Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'11" when asserting himself. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Theren was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Theren's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Theren and his spouse have recently divorced.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. After coming to the age of reason, Paggen took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has never given up on his singing dream.
