History: Born in the east to a Guard, Oskar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He now mingles about in high society.
