When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When Lance reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
