History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Hugh was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mercenary. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
