History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Body Guard mother left him crippled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born to a Scribe, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
