Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Skirt grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Skirt. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Ulfgar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was taken from his home at a very young age.
