History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nykkan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nykkan. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. Now he works as a singing tutor during his time off.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a rival would like him out of the picture
