His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Elaim hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.
