Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Ugol was born the youngest of three triplets. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Apothecary for the past few years.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Bertram was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
