He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Gifted from a young age, Wiggan studied abroad. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone.
