Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Wiggan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
