History: Thorin hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: With yellow face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears just a tan suit. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a worn and beaten armor. He has wavy cinnamon fur. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Silent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. He has brown eyes and a tan hat with a pastel feather.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
