Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Quarion embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is his passion

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
