History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Dazzazn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gargax studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Architect work with an outfit from a few towns over. Architect work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Architect job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Tanner again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born to a Glassblower, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
