History: Gifted from a young age, Mindartis studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Being a Performer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored.
