He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
