History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Percival was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.

He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and doesn't want to be a stableman and was forced into it by his family
