History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Tailor, but he got bored and became a Server. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His hair is long and white with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small green clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heian. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dagger isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tabaxi unity. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
