History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Efferil grew up listening to his father's many stories. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A friendly and beautiful Half-Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Being a Performer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
