History: Mehen hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the south to a Architect, Rathkran learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.

History: Shágflak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere.
