Description: He is a husky man, who is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Assassin, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Assassin and was forced into it by his family; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has shaved his head bald. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dayereth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a black shirt with thin green vertical stripes and blue pants. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length bronze crest. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Bidreked wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: He wears a yellow collared shirt and grey pants. He accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'0" when asserting himself. His fur is cut close to his head. His yellow eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). Being a Locksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
