Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a flail, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer. His scarlet crest is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are likewise gold.

Personality: Quarethon is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. He carries with him a set of hand crossbows, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. He is baby faced.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Altho lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Brewer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Altho fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Mindartis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Mindartis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Curran has worked very hard to control his curse. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
