Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Damien is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the west to a Banker, Damien learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When Damien reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Tethren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business
