Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble.
