History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting goblins, the young Valorean began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Soveliss has worked very hard to control his curse. Being a Detective kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kaladan was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kaladan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His childhood dream was to be a Body Guard, but he was a colossal failure. After a long history of fighting, Thamior and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
