Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears suspenders and red workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy red leather apron most of the time. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the right. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a great chef.

History: Lorm was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Lorm and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He worked as a nervous Dilettante and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Dilettante like his father before him.

He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull brown iron scale mail. He wears a colorful flower in his red fur. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
