Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: This light-skinned male wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Theodoric hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he is greedy

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His fur is short and yellow. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Shifting was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has worked as a Bellfounder like his mother before him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bellfounder and was forced into it by his family; and expand his business

Description: 6'8" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a tattered pair of loose red pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Skak is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Skak was born the youngest of three triplets. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barrister they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Spice Merchant, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spice Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
