Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Recently the stress of being a Fortune-teller has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Description: 6'6" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His crest is black and very short. His red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dragonborn people; and a rival would like him out of the picture
