Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Lucan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lucan decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate.
