Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Anthony is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Anthony was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Grumbar hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Grumbar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Grumbar and his spouse have recently divorced.
