Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born in the south. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kite was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Kite was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carpenter. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Hûmgrat was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.
