History: Shifting was born with his father's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Fonkin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Fonkin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Crown-heir job and began his own company from there.
