History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has worked as a Stableman like his mother before him.
