History: He got into the Apothecary business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Personality: Wiggan is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Wiggan was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cartwright. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
