History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up work as a Ruler and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
