He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Fonkin decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. A true patriot, Tarak would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
