Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He likes to wear black tank tops with yellow pants. Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hadarai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Hadarai liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Hadarai was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Zook embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Interpreter profession.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shoemaker.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 21. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Srorthen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and a deep hatred of illithids

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-orc people
