Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is dressed in an above average manner. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a hunchback. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Morgran took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He became a Fletcher soon after.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His crest, while still mostly gold, has prominent grey streaks. His red eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born in a small plains village. Fax liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Dain was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dain grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dain. Being a Bricklayer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, black shirt, and brown tie. His purple hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are black.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.
History: Cressel was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people
