Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Andram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
