History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wiggens embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
