History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Nykkan was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Marshal. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nykkan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
