Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Valorean was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Qualen was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Thomas was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
