Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Hubert hails from a village terrorized by brigands. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for him, and Euron does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barrister for the past few years.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His hair is long and golden with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He uses divination through singing.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against giants

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Thorpe enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bather for the past few years.
