History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. History: Efferil was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
